End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Image to PDF Converter & Maker.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this End-User License Agreement:

  • Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You to a Device, named Image to PDF Converter & Maker.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tilak Beladiya.

  • Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form.

  • Country refers to: Gujarat, India.

  • Device means any device that can access the Application such as a computer, cellphone or digital tablet.

  • Third-Party Services means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed or made available by the Application.

  • You means the individual using the Application or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is using the Application.

Acknowledgment

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not click "I Agree", do not download, or do not use the Application.

This Agreement is a legal document between You and the Company and governs your use of the Application. The Application is licensed, not sold, to You by the Company for use strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

License

Scope of License

The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-Party Services

The Application may display or link to content from third parties or include services from other providers.

You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or functionality of any Third-Party Services. You use them at your own risk and must follow any terms they provide.

Subscription Plans

  • Weekly Plan: $5.99/week

    Prices may vary by region or platform.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by You or the Company.

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately if You fail to comply with its terms.

Upon termination, You must delete the Application and all copies from your device.

Termination will not limit any of the Company’s legal rights or remedies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and licensors from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising from:

  • Your use of the Application,

  • Your violation of this Agreement,

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

No Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and without any warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability,

  • Fitness for a particular purpose,

  • Non-infringement,

  • Availability and functionality.

The Company does not guarantee that:

  • The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted,

  • Any defects will be corrected,

  • The Application will meet your needs or expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so they may not apply to You.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to:

  • The amount You paid for the Application, or

  • $100 USD, if no purchases were made.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of data or profits,

  • Business interruption,

  • Privacy or security loss,

even if advised of the possibility.

Some regions do not allow limitation of incidental damages, so this may not apply to You.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not mean it is waived permanently.

Product Claims

The Company makes no warranties regarding the Application’s performance or reliability.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo laws or designated as “terrorist-supporting”,

  • You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to use the Application, You accept the updated Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, excluding conflict of law rules. You may also be subject to local or international laws depending on your location.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire understanding between You and the Company concerning the Application. It supersedes all prior agreements.

You may be subject to additional terms for other services or purchases provided by the Company.
